Miltonduff Aged 18 Years

This single malt hails from the ‘hidden gem’ Speyside distillery of Miltonduff. This sits on the outskirts of the City of Elgin and is scarcely seen out in the wild.

Ex-sherry cask expressions are even rarer and has produced an exquisite whisky that is bold, rich and sweet. A perfect way to kick off The Ledger Series.

Deep aromas and flavours of dark dried fruits, candied citrus and caramel mingle superbly with a distinct nuttiness and punchy wood spices.

Dailuaine Aged 12 Years

A classic ex-bourbon cask Speysider that shows off Dailuaine’s heavier and oily style perfectly. This adds complexity and structure that elevates it above its neighbours at a similar age. A great everyday drinker.

This sweet and viscous whisky layers notes of green apple, vanilla custard, and biscuity malt to create a palate reminiscent of a baked tarte tatin, eventually yielding to warming spices and chocolate in a sublime, long-lasting finish.

Tamnavulin Aged 13 Years

An elegantly delicious Speyside whisky from the underrated distillery of Tamnavulin. This is laden with crisp green orchard fruit that are enhanced by the quality ex-bourbon cask used for maturation. Tastes much older than its 13 years.

Defined by an elegant, velvety texture, this fruity whisky evolves from fresh orchard fruits and vanilla fudge on the nose to a palate of baked apple, heather honey, and gingerbread spice, concluding with a long finish where sweet notes meet a lingering, tart crispness.

Ardmore Aged 12 Years

A rare peated malt from the Highlands that offers a softer and gentler alternative to the big, heavily peated whiskies from Islay. Using Highland rather than Hebridean peat has given a delicious, warming smoke with a distinctly soft and floral vibe.

This delightfully peaty whisky balances soft, floral smoke and damp moss with a palate of heather honey and toffee apple, culminating in a long, ashy finish where robust maltiness and a bittersweet grip linger for an age.

Glen Garioch Aged 11 Years

An expressive and malty single malt that shows Glen Garioch’s robust style superbly. Rich and chocolatey with biscuit-like overtones that elongate the tasting experience. A sublime whisky that will become your next new favourite.

This big and bold whisky offers a robust, malty profile reminiscent of honeycomb and milk chocolate, transitioning from a palate of golden syrup and bitter orange into a long, complex finish driven by deep, earthy spices like mace and cassia.

Invergordon Aged 21 Years

A sublime whisky that is the epitome of what a good single grain whisky should be. Twenty One years in an ex-bourbon barrel has resulted in a whisky that oozes elegance and class. A true ‘sip and savour’ dram for the ages.

This elegant single grain whisky balances a nose of coconut and vanilla with a crisp, tropical palate and a long, creamy finish defined by warming spices and a mouth-watering citrus twist.
